Once the transaction has been completed, we will take care of preparing your order for delivery. It will be shipped to you within 1 to 3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order has left our store.
The delivery fees applicable for all orders in Canada are as follows:
- $12.95 for purchases of $90 and under, for the regions of Quebec, Ontario.
- $14.95 for purchases of $90 or less, for the regions of Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia.
- $17.95 for purchases of $90 or less, for the regions of Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, Yukon, British Columbia.
- FREE for any purchase of $90 or more for Quebec and Ontario
- a minimum purchase of $9.99 before taxes is required to benefit from delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including your Canada Post tracking number. Delivery time may vary depending on your postal code.
AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
We do our best to keep an up-to-date inventory of the products displayed on our online store. However, if an item you ordered is not available and there is an additional delivery time, we will contact you quickly to let you know.
Pickup is possible for our stores in Montreal and Laval.
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your items to Chez Farfelu for a refund. Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Attention no returns or exchanges on discounted items, ornaments, decorations and Christmas items, earrings, underwear, masks, gourmet items, beauty products as well as hygiene items such as washable diapers.
You can return or exchange merchandise free of charge at one of our stores. A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have your merchandise in hand and the return transaction has been completed. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Delivery costs are not refundable for both delivery and return, so they will be deducted from the refund.
On the front of the packing slip (included with your purchase), write the reason why you want a refund. Attach the delivery note with the item and send us the prepaid, insured package to:

Chez Farfelu is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using an insured method of shipping with a tracking number.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item if it is not in new condition or if it is not packed in its original box.
We will notify you via email when we have received and processed your refund.
Delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.
Defective or wrong items:
You must contact us at [email protected] within a maximum of 5 days after purchase.
We will give you packing and mailing instructions. If the item is faulty, we will offer you a replacement or refund on the item price and the original delivery cost.
