SHIPPING TIME 

Once the transaction has been completed, we will prepare your order for delivery.It will be shipped to you within 1 to 3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order has left our store.

The shipping costs for all orders in Canada are as follows: 

$9.95 for purchases of $75 or less

Free for purchases of $75 or more.

Once the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email including your Canada Post tracking number. Delivery time may vary depending on your postal code.Availability OF items

We make every effort to keep an up-to-date inventory of the products displayed in our online shop. However, if an item you have ordered is not available and there is an additional delivery time, we will contact you promptly to notify you.

RETURN ON ONLINE PURCHASE POLICY: 

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your items to Chez Farfelu for a refund. Items must be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase. Shipping and handling costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Be careful no return or exchange on sold items, earrings, underwear, mask, gourmet section items as well as hygiene items such as washable diapers.

You can return or exchange the merchandise free of charge at one of our stores. A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have your merchandise in hand and the return transaction has been completed. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as the original transaction.

We will notify you via Delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.

Return instructions:

On the front of the delivery note (included with your purchase), write down the reason why you would like a refund. Attach the delivery note with the item and send us the prepaid and insured package to:

Chez Farfelu is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment. We recommend that you use an insured means of shipping with a tracking number.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item if it is not in its new condition or if it is not packed in its original box.

Defective or erroneous items:

You must contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of the purchase.We will give you thepackaging and post. If the item is defective, we will offer you a replacement or refund on the price of the item and the original delivery cost.
