This classic makes a Back in force in the world of cocktails. It will be an excellent pick-me-up, as an aperitif or as a digestive. Just add water, ice, and vodka. Shake and serve in a classic martini glass topped with a few coffee beans.

TO PREPARE THE MIXTURE : In a small pitcher, combine 300 ml (about 1¼ cups) of cold water with the espresso martini mix. Stir to dissolve the mixture well. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

TO MAKE AN ESPRESSO MARTINI: In a cocktail blender filled halfway with ice, add 75 ml, approximately (1/3 cup) of the prepared espresso martini mix and 1-2 oz (30-60 ml) of vodka. Shake well. Pour into a martini glass and enjoy!
